Tamboril Cigars uses the email you submit to send news, releases, and brand updates. Clicking “Notify me” requests those messages. We record your email, the signup time, and the version of this consent text. Signup does not verify ownership of the email address.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link included in future messages. Opening that link does not change your subscription until you confirm. We retain a suppressed email record to respect your unsubscribe preference; submitting it again here does not reactivate it. No marketing email is sent by this website itself.

Traffic and security

We count homepage requests by day and referring website hostname, not the referring page or query. These totals may include bots and repeat visits; they are not unique visitor counts. We do not use advertising analytics, fingerprinting, or traffic-tracking cookies. Aggregate traffic is retained for 90 days.

A short-lived, essential security cookie protects the signup form. For abuse prevention, a keyed, rotating hash derived from the connection IP expires after at most 20 minutes and is removed by minute-by-minute maintenance while the server is running, without storing the raw IP in our database. Cloudflare, when configured as our delivery and security provider, processes connection information under its own policies.

Storage

Subscriber records are stored privately on our server and in restricted local backups. We retain active subscriptions until you unsubscribe, then keep a suppression record to avoid further messages. Local backups rotate daily with a maximum of 14 copies. This site does not sell email addresses or share them with advertising services.
